If you are experiencing issues while completing your Hollywood Private application, here are troubleshooting tips the may assist you:

  1. BigRedSky works best in Internet Explorer. Kindly make sure that you are using this as your browser.
  2. The system also does not allow empty documents or documents that exceed 2MB to be uploaded. Kindly check and make sure that your documents adhere to this size limit.
  3. Please try to delete all your browsing history from Internet Explorer by going to 'Tools' >> 'Delete Browsing History' >> 'Delete All'.
  4. Make sure that any Ad Blocker in your browser (i.e. Adblock Plus or Adblock IE) has been disabled.
  5. You can also try to disable the pop-up blocker in your browser by going to 'Tools' >> 'Internet Options' >> 'Privacy' tab >> Under Pop-up Blocker, untick the box that says "Turn on Pop-up Blocker"
  6. If possible, please try applying from a different computer or a different browser and see if you experiencing the same problem.
