personal requirements. While the hospitals must always meet operational
requirements we are certain that we can work together to achieve a great
result for everyone.
Flexible hours and work options will be discussed at a local level,
specifically between you and your manager. We assure you that your request
will be given every consideration. It may be accommodated by the introduction
of a trial and in consultation with your other team members.
