When you register for the 50+ program you will have access to the following
options to help with your retirement planning:
- Option
to salary sacrifice up to 100 per cent of your salary into superannuation,
subject to the provisions set down by the Australian taxation office.
- Payment
of the annual administration fee to Mcmillian Shakespeare when you
salary sacrifice into superannuation.
- Free on-site
access to professional superannuation advice.
- Payment
of an additional one per cent employer contribution upon completion
of every 10 years service (effective from July 2008).
- Continued
payment of employer mandatory contribution of nine per cent beyond
70 years of age. Currently the employer contribution ceases upon an
employee reaching 70 years of age.
