50 Plus Leisure

One size definitely does not fit all. 50+ provides you with a range of leave options to suit your individual needs.

Each staff member has individual needs and requirements and it is important that our 50+ program incorporates a smorgasbord of leave options for you.

While timing may vary to meet operational requirements, members of the program can access the following:

  • Opportunity to purchase up to an additional two weeks leave per year.
  • Opportunity to take long service leave as it accrues each year provided you have reached your first entitlement.
  • Opportunity to access a deferred salary scheme whereby you can take three months paid leave after every three years (the purchase paid leave would be spread over three years).
  • Leave without pay options from one week to three months.
  • Three days paid grandparents leave per year (taken from personal carers’ leave).
  • Return to work programs.
